South Florida is once again set to buzz with creativity as the National Art Exhibition of the Mentally Ill (NAEMI) partners with the South Florida Wellness Network (SFWN) to showcase the raw and inspiring expressions of outsider artists. Beginning May 8, 2025, the exhibition titled Outsiders in Wynwood will welcome art enthusiasts to witness the works of artists who have navigated the challenging waters of behavioral health issues. This exhibition is not just about art; it is about resilience, recovery, and the healing power of creativity.

Outsiders in Wynwood will highlight the works of several notable artists, including Eric Holmes, Jesse Banda, Gary Brewer, and Milton Schwartz from the USA, alongside Gloria de la Caridad García and Damián Valdés from Cuba.
